our store accepts returns only if your order is received damaged or defective. as we are a small company and every item of cœur brisé jewellery is custom made per order, we can only allow for faulty items to be returned. to avoid any mistakes in sizing or anything else, we're here to help. simply write us on our contact us page, and we will be happy to help you choose the right item for you or your loved ones.
